Frequently asked questions
Can the game be played offline?
Yes, Hexa-Gone can be played offline. Some features such as Google Play Games leaderboards, ads or in-app purchases may require an Internet connection.
I cannot see my score on the leaderboard
First, make sure you are signed in to Google Play Games and that your internet connection is active. It may also take a short time before a submitted score appears or updates.
To appear on public leaderboards, your Google Play Games profile must be set to public. If your profile is private, your score may not be visible on the global leaderboard.
You can usually change this setting directly from the leaderboard screen:
- Open the leaderboard from Hexa-Gone.
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Open the settings or profile privacy options.
- Set your Google Play Games profile visibility to Public .
- Return to Hexa-Gone and open the leaderboard again.
Menu names may vary slightly depending on your Android version or Google Play Games version.
How are in-app purchases handled?
In-app purchases are processed directly by Google Play. Hexa-Gone does not collect or store your payment information.
Why can ads appear?
Hexa-Gone may display ads through Google AdMob to support the development of the game. Ads may require an Internet connection.
How can I report a bug?
Send a support message with useful details: phone model, Android version, game version, action performed and observed result.
